Wow, my skin feels great and after a few treatments I can see a difference. My skin looks fresh, vibrant and so healthy. The initial consultation made sense and the whole session was very informative and it gave me a better insight in what to do to get the best results for a healthier looking complexion. The staff are extremely pleasant and knowledgeable and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. I have been using the products recommended and absolutely love them and the results of better looking skin. I highly recommend this clinic *****
Having had skin problems throughout my life, I can't rate Donna and the clinic high enough. From day 1 Donna has given me great skin advice that works, her treatments are fab and the bespoke skin products have been a godsend. I am someone who is usually very impatient with my skin and the results I want to see from products. However, Donna's wealth of knowledge and experience gave me the confidence to trust and be patient, the results speak for themselves. The above is especially impressive as I started seeing Donna properly at the start of the pandemic. Working on the NHS frontline, wearing masks as well as the alternating shift patterns and night shifts usually would be a recipe for skin disaster. On the contrary, I can only say that my skin has continued to get better and heal under Donna's guidance this past year. The clinic is also a gorgeous space, and they have been quick to adapt creating a safe space to minimise the risk of Covid and protect their clients.
I have suffered from terrible skin problems. I have tried and tested almost every method of treatment. I was so skeptical about Face It, thinking they wouldn't be able to help my skin after the many other failed attempts at other beauty clinics. I started the LED treatments and had a daily facial care regime. I no longer have LED treatments, but I am a believer in their products. Especially the uniquely formulated moisturiser that is made to suit your skin type. Yes it is fairly expensive, but if you're using sensible amounts of cream, it can last you quite a while. Go get your skin sorted!
A great to find this is the place to g to for help when you have acne. I was given advice and after 5 years of hating my skin i at last i feel with Donna i have someone that will help me to get a skin i am happy with. Face It is different than other places I went to as they want me to understand my skin as Donna said she can't come home with me .For the first time in years I feel i may one day have a face i can look at .
Brilliant. Totally changed my skin. Wish I never went on roaccutane to treat my problem skin. Discovering Face It earlier would have saved a lot of stress. Highly recommended. Donna knows her stuff. Plus the new salon is beautiful.
I have been a regular client for the last six years, as well as sending all of my four children at various times for adolescent skin issues. The treatments are effective and the staff competent. However, I feel that that customer service has declined rapidly over the last year or so. A bizarre note stuck to the back of the cash till signalled a shift in attitude, more or less telling clients to go elsewhere if they didn't like the service. There had been some problems with a few of the overprivileged ladies of N6 getting stroppy at not obtaining their regular appointments when the owner fell ill. Fair enough to address that individually if a client is unpleasant. But to tar everyone with the same brush and stick the note on the back of the till is unprofessional and, well, a bit tacky. I recently paid for DD to have hair laser sessions at the above salon, and was not pleased when they charged her meaning me £220 for a late cancellation. DD claimed not to have been informed about the 48 hour notice requirement. She did cancel late, so they were within their rights. However, six years, five clients, a lot of money and the whole client relationship went down the drain with their insistence on enforcing it. So if you're ok with being just seen as a credit card walking through the door, this place will be fine for you. You'll always just be a walk-in.
I have been coming to Face it for 10 years... the results really speak for themselves. Skin is looking AMAZING and I can tell it's feeling good as well.. I'm posting a before and after pic Donna made of me after I have tried Oralift for a few weeks... one word: AMAZING!!!
I've been a client of Face It for a number of years. I had quite congested, ache prone skin and used to cover up with layers of foundation. My skin is the best it has ever been and I now have the confidence to go out with very little makeup on. They spend time researching the most recent new techniques and spend money on new machines/equipment. I was micro needling at home on the advice of my beautician long before it was a 'thing' on instagram and youtube.
They take your bank details before you can have a consultation and say it is only to "secure" the consultation, I was not told there would be a fee in itself for the consultation. The consultation in itself was not that great, they tell you things you can read on line and I didn't feel the information was individually tailored to my concerns, I was told my skin was "good", that's not really something a person at a skin clinic wants to hear IMHO. Wasn't too impressed with the recommendation I was given, the place was lovely and the staff were nice though. At the end however I was charged £67, looked a the receipt when I came out and the consultation alone was £45. I was disgusted, can't lie. Only thing that will change my mind about this place is if the product I purchased is beneficial, only then will I remove this review. As of now, I don't feel like what I paid them is deserved.
