F.J.Rogers is a long established business situated on Grange Road Ramsgate Kent that continues it's long established tradition of providing excellent customer service and dedication to it's customers. 

F.J.Rogers continues to provide the expertise in supplying quality products from it's Televisions to every day items like purchasing a kettle to a toaster or vacuum cleaner etc.

Also what the business provides which is retained for the area is to be able to call in say for a fuse a light bulb, a plug and all the other electrical supplies you need with friendly helpful advice. 

All this coupled with unrivalled knowledge from purchasing a new television to what rates fuse you require and an excellent repair and diagnostic service. 

The staff are friendly and helpful and all this retained in a long established business that supports it's new and long term clients. 

Highly recommended.

had a 42 inch tv break, the backlights went and took in and was fixed within a week, my tv then broke, a different part, the power board, and the shop owner fixed it for free just charging me for the parts as i had bad luck and it broke twice in a short time,which is very nice, very helpful and fast service, will definitely  use again if i need to, the only thing i will say is the first time i believe the young man done the backlight swap and my tv came back with black marks over its white plastic, i washed the plastic vigorously and they are still there, which is abit of a downer on a white tv (edit) ok so now my tv has failed again with the same problem......i phoned the shop and was told the new powerboard will have warranty but the point is ive not had a tv for a month and now ive got to go and hand it back and not have it for longer, when all in all ive paid 120 pound for the 2 repairs, and when i asked what was rong with the old powerboard i was told and i quote *oh i dont know*....to be continued...edit.... I can't remember exactly but the TV died in the end and I just chucked it out and brought a 4k TV..... So in short didn't have my TV for months and it kept breaking and broke in the end.....

Both the owner and his fellow technician are unfailingly courteous, extremely helpful and obliging.  Nothing is too much trouble.  Over 25+ years, I've had nothing less than superb, thoroughly reliable service; be it advice and useful tips before buying brand-new items, or taking advantage of their highly competent and prompt installation and repair service.

Always had first class service from Rogers always helpful and have NEVER been ripped of and they would never rip anyone one off, how come there is no name against that not very nice and and derogertary review
