It's not often that I'm prompted to write a 5-star Google review so quickly after receiving an item I've ordered online but here I am. I've just started gathering supplies to begin my amateur book binding journey and I came across a really pretty, unique book cloth on Ratchford's website that I have the perfect starting project for. I ordered it on a Wednesday afternoon and it came on Friday morning. I'm so impressed with not only the quality of the material I ordered -- it's exactly as advertised online -- but with the secure packaging and speed of delivery. This is absolutely top notch service and quality of material, and I will be ordering from Ratchford again because of this brilliant experience!
This was my first time ordering with Ratchford’s and it will not be my last. The customer service was exceptional - so helpful thank you, Jake! The choice was incredible and the delivery was super quick. When I unpacked everything the colours of the bookcloth looked even better than I hoped they would and the quality is fantastic. I’ll not shop with anyone else from now on.

Amazing selection, great value. The papers are so beautiful and bookcloth & leathercloth great quality - so excited to use everything. Supplies I purchased were packed really well and arrived quickly, I'll definitely be buying from here again when I need a restock.

There's a reason Ratchford has been around for as long as they have, there stock is of top quality, their dispatch is quick and their customer service is excellent. The only thing they need to work on is their shipping costs, as someone that works in domestic and international exports, there is defiantly room for improvement on that front.
I received the bookbinding kit and other book materials the following day after ordering and everything was so well packed. I opened my parcels and was delighted with the way everything was presented inside. I’m very happy with the book binding kit and look forward to making books. I am very pleased with the selection of book cloths chosen by yourselves and I will enjoy creating with these in the future! Christine
Great service, excellent quality products at reasonable prices. Wouldn't mind a delivery option that's a bit cheaper if you just need to order a few sheets of paper or cloth rather than bulk.
Ratchford were an absolute delight to purchase from and the pricing on their wares is fantastic. Perfect for an amateur book binder like myself. They went out of their way to make sure I got my order very quickly and checked to see whether I'd received it at the end of the day. Paper quality and finish is lovely.
