Great customer service. They had everything I needed for the bookbinding projects I want to do. Reasonable prices and good quality.

Item ordered from this outfit on14th Dec. By 4th Jan, nothing received. After receiving no other communication, rang them and was told item not in stock and no ETA. Cancelled order and was promised a refund. Nothing happened! Only got my money back after raising a dispute with Paypal, who refunded me.

Excellent customer care and service.  Doreen went the extra mile when the papers I ordered were out of stock.  She sent some replacement ones which were lovely and made sure they were delivered in time for my Webinar Bookmaking Course. Fantastic supply of quality bookmaking papers !

Always a pleasure dealing with Ratchfords, ordered a pallet of cloth and arrived the following morning!

the biggest frivolous ones I've ever met in my life.  I placed an order worth £ 700 paid online on April 22, 2020. Two months later they did not send me what I paid.  I'm deeply disgusted.
