Visited today with my worried daughter who couldn’t get one of her earrings back in having left it out for a day. All sorted, lovely helpful and friendly staff, and some ear piercing aftercare solution purchased for the future. Thank you so much.

Extremely rude Staff on Christmas Eve! My elderly deaf mother was waiting 2mtrs away from Staff when two men customers pushed in front, they were served first whilst my mother was told to "wait outside". Rude, disrespectful Staff! Absolutely disgraceful behaviour towards an elderly vulnerable women. Shameful!!

Called in looking to purchase wedding rings. Eleri was friendly, polite and a pleasure to deal with. Professional and courteous, talked us through all options and advised on relevant sizes to suit our fingers. Decided on the perfect rings within 30 mins. The whole process was a breeze. Huge thank you from us both.
A first visit. Excellent window displays attracted me inside where I was met by a friendly sales lady who was interested in who the gift was for and on what occasion. She helped me find a suitable present at the right price with no sales pressure. I came away feeling satisfied and well served.
Massive quality product range from rings to watches. Repairs and alteration services available too. The shop is beautifully presented and well merchandised. The staff are professional, helpful and welcoming. Pricing is competitive. Although no external parking directly outside there are a number of on street parking spaces and nearby car parks available.
