I went in on 5th March 2016, about 1030, to get my watch battery changed as the light was dimming and occasionally the watch would switch off and reset. I returned to pick it up at 12, and I was really struck by the honesty of the young guy who handled my watch - he told me it couldn't be a problem with the battery as it has plenty of life in it, and despite going through the trouble of opening it, checking the internal workings, closing it, cleaning it and updating the time, he didn't charge and said hopefully it would continue to work otherwise a service would be very expensive - more expensive than the watch!
He could have just changed the battery and charged me - but this kind of honest customer service to me is priceless! I'll definitely be returning if I have anymore problems, and their selection of watches is huge as well.

Thanks F Hinds, I should have taken the guys name but yeah great service!

Wonderful service despite dealing with a very difficult costumer in the middle of dealing with myself.  Christopher and his team were excellently polite and helpful.  Thank you.
