I called asking for someone by name and was greeted by someone who reaaaally doesn't like their job OR they were just having a bad day.

Either way, incredibly rude customer service. Sort it out guys.

6/7 years on, after employed by insurance company, still finding problems. To add to the original issues of breaking boiler, washing machine, chipping bathroom sink, lack of sealant, rubbish paint job, destroying carpet.... and yet... the joist they replaced is still not right. Absolute cowboys!

The company I worked for asked FFDR for a quotation and they came on site to measure etc and then followed up with a call ( a week later)indicating they could not quote as their sub contractors who were fitting the carpet refused to work out of hours. They took over a week to tell me this whilst I got quotations from two other competitors in Fife. Unbelievable that a supposedly professional operation can refuse work like that and still waiting on John Pollock to call me back and quote without the flooring. Not holding my breath. Shocking service, extremely disappointed.

Appalling service, have sent a huge list of complaints to my insurance company who hired FFDR. Too many to list here. Avoid!
