My Tv was showing blue light, the issue was explained to me carefully by the Engineer Mac.   An accurate estimate of completion was given and in the meantime I had a loan Tv supplied. I recommend this company.

First contacted on 18 November. Left messages and calls returned stating my details would be passed to workshop or service manager. Today it is nearly 4 weeks since my first call. Very disappointing with this company that was recommended to me. No excuse  for not contacting  customer. Would not recommend.

Visited my mother in law yesterday to return her repaired tv and he couldn’t do enough for her, so polite and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Outstanding service from Mac jus moved back the area from Newcastle my 65 inch lg smashed on the journey and he wrote it off and had me a replacement within a few days. Defo recommend
