We moved last week. FA Jones were amazing, would thoroughly recommend. The quote was done quickly, Carol kept in touch while we were waiting to exchange, Gary and Mick brought me round some boxes. On the day the whole team were excellent. We had a lot of stuff and they moved it all with a smile. Thank you!

F A Jones were absolutely fantastic with our move, especially as we booked them at such short notice (the night before we moved!!) Nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond our expectations. Gary and his guys were lovely genuine people and made what was a very manic day slightly less stressful. Also Carol was brilliant in the office, answering my many phone calls and arranging for more packing boxes to be delivered. They also came in over £100 cheaper than the other quotes we received. So I would 100% recommend FA Jones removals!!!

Jones Removal made the removal experience as least traumatic as possible; they turned up early, they are friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble and they are tidy workers, not leaving any scuffs on walls or furniture. Gary was particularly accommodating when the solicitors were being unhelpful with processing the money and not handing over keys he was happy to keep the furniture in the van for storage for a very reasonable price at short notice. They are the most price effective and friendliest so do use this company by all means :)

I would like to take the opportunity to thank Gary and the boys at F A Jones for making my recent move as stress free as possible. This is the 2nd time I have used F A Jones for moving home, but I have also used them several times for picking up and delivering furniture for me, each and every time I have been more than happy with their service. Gary very much put me at ease when I got myself into a panic on move day, and the lads were so professional that I look back now and wonder why I was ever worried! The price for the job was fair (cheaper than I had been quoted from other firms) To sum up, I would recommend anyone who is looking for a removal firm to F A Jones without hesitation. In my opinion, their service is second to none! Thank you again Gary and the team.. you do a fantastic job, keep it up!

Absolutely fantastic company, I could not fault them. From arrival at my old house to the last box being unloaded at my new house, nothing was too much bother for them. I was recommended this company and I shall certainly be recommending them whenever I can. Thank you for taking the stress out of this stressful situation.
