We were handed a leaflet in Crewe Marketing Centre and politely said no thank you but returned in the same second and said actually I would like some new doors. 
The gentleman took our contact details and said someone will be in touch. 
Sure enough a day later we got a phone call to arrange someone coming round to discuss our needs. 
A gentleman called Paul arrived, very pleasant, well presented and loved our puppy which was a bonus because she likes to jump on everyone and Paul didn’t mind this. 
Not knowing the lingo or what doors were called or made from I just explained that I wanted a red door at the front, a white door at the back and for both to be white inside with chrome fittings. 
Paul suggested a composite door and showed me the catalogue. I instantly fell in love with the idea of the traditional red door, this wasn’t pillar-box red, a bit deeper/darker in colour not as striking but just as beautiful. 
I asked if we could do this on finance and it was agreed that we could. We were so happy with the price that we gave a small deposit and signed on the day.
Only a week later I decided that I would also like a Bow Window. We live in a very flat fronted house and thought this would give some character. I called Paul and asked if he could return and do a quote for that too. He also spoke with Barclays the finance company used and asked if the window could be added to the current door finance agreement so we didn’t have to have 2 policies. The answer was yes because we hadn’t yet made a payment for the doors.
Not long after this the doors were fitted by 2 very conscientious fitters, very tidy and nice people. They did a wonderful job of fitting the doors and even fitted our cat flap for us. I got home that evening and our new red door stood pride of place in a street with mostly white doors and houses that all look the same. I loved it. There was a significant difference in how the door felt and shut compared to the old UPVC door that we previously had. It felt like it had a certain quality about it. 
A few short weeks later we had our bow window fitted, again 2 lovely people arrived to fit this. Again very contentious, lay floor coverings everywhere to help with dust and wet feet from the bad weather (of course it had to rain didn’t it, good old British weather). 
The difference this window has made to our livingroom is unbelievable. It opens the previously dark, north facing room right up. More light floods in from the windows and the extra-large windowsill is loved by the cats who now have a new bed (the most expensive cat bed ever bought). 
Within 3 days we had 2 neighbours stop us in the street and compliment us on the new look and even asked if we could provide details of F.A.B Systems because they are interested too. 
I couldn’t say any more good things about this company even if I tried.

Very poor service.  We had the job done 5 months ago and still haven't received any warranty or paperwork despite asking several times.

Had some work done recently by F.A.B Systems, from ordering with them to the completion of the work I could not be happier with the quality of the service and product provided.
