I'm shocked with the other reviews on here. I would question whether they are genuine reviews or not. I have visited this sawmill on four separate occasions and every time I am appalled by the lack of customer service. It is a family business and all the men in the family just don't care about you as a customer. They just moan and complain when you ask them something. I have even had the phone put down on me one time. I put up with going to this sawmill for a while because it was the only one around but thankfully now I have found another and I never have to go back to this place.

Its been 4 years since the custom shed was built for us at Combe Mill and it still looks as good as new. Would have no issue recommending the sawmill to anyone else needing custom wood based products.

The guys were polite, hardworking, and did a very professional job. Very happy with the entire service highly recommend and will definitely call them up for any future gardening needs. I feel secure in the knowledge that I will always get quality service and advice, friendly faces and a brilliant price. Thank you so much. Highly recommended to all.

We have been going to the saw mill for newly 2 years, they have helped us turn our bare field into a small private 5* home for our 4 horses, supplying wood and their know how in carpentry to help us build our stables, how to post and rail fence,hang gates,build sheds from scratch, and even an outdoor school, without their help and excellent prices we would not be able to have what we have now, they have been fantastic in every way. Thanks again for all your help Sarah, Carol and our very lucky horses.
