I would regard Tom as one of the best detailers in the UK. Our RCZ was covered in scratches and marks from a brush used to remove snow but when we took it to Tom he noticed scratches and other imperfections that we didn’t even see. He is a perfectionist. 

He loves what he does and is very professional. We cannot recommend him enough.  

Upon collection our car was better than new. Not a mark to be seen. He even found evidence of poor fix attempts that had been carried out by the manufacturer from years back and fixed those! 

A genuine, professional guy that really knows his stuff. Competitively priced and worth every penny. We will certainly use again.

I used Toms valetting services to prepare my car to be returned to Audi . He really goes that extra mile and his work is first class . I would highly recommend him and would definitely use him again .

Tom did a fantastic job on my all Black Jaguar R Sport, including SiRamik coatings to both car and wheels plus self healing SunTek clear wrap to the front end. Nearly a year on and the car still looks awesome with just a wash and dry. Tom is still easily reached and very helpfull if I need any follow up advice.

After careful supplier selection I decided to handover my new BMW X6 to Tom to carry out a SiRamik Diamas Professionali coating and I wasn’t disappointed. Tom is professional, exceptionally knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. On arrival at his premises Tom inspected my paintwork and found that the BMW dealership (not a local dealer) had carried out an absolutely shocking repair to the rear bumper. After a quick discussion I agreed with Tom that the best way forward was to carry out a paint repair to the whole bumper prior to coating. During the repair Tom took and emailed pictures to me, which enabled me to tackle the dealership fully armed with evidence about their shoddy repair. Subsequently, I was able to recover all additional costs incurred. On collection I couldn’t believe the quality of the finish. Tom’s work is perfection. I was uncertain about buying another black car, due to it showing every mark. However, the glass finish Tom has achieved  means it looks fantastic from all angles. The Carbon Black paint has a subtle blue metallic flake which now pops out of the base colour when subjected to sunlight. If you are considering a detailing treatment, then look no further. Tom at Extreme Gleam is the only way to go.
