Extract Coffee is delicious and by far a favourite with our clients. A particular shout out to Ellen, Wholesale Account Manager, who looks after us so well up in Manchester. I could not ask for a nicer person / company to supply our coffee. If you're looking for a company to provide wholesale delicious coffee with excellent customer service, look no further!
We've been using Extract Coffee as our supplier for our cafe for the last 3 years. Not only is the coffee great, but the additional business support with staff training and machine maintenance / servicing has been amazing. Their staff have always been quick to help and the level of service has been excellent despite us being a relatively small account for them.
Honestly, some of the best coffee I've had outside of South America. A super fine grind on the house blend carefully put through a Bialetti. Syrup of the gods. Yes it is a little pricier than the superstore, but the quality... worth it.
I recently worked with Ellen from Extract Coffee at one of my work events. She provided coffee for one of our brunches, and it was such a hit! From start to finish, Ellen was very professional and such a pleasure to work with. From getting setup and providing amazing products, Ellen smashed it. Thank you for working with us, we can't wait to do it again.
1 STAR FOR DELIVERY I love their coffee and for about the last year everything has been great, but the last 3 months it's been a disaster for delivery and orders. I don't want to be mean and give a bad rating so I've done it like this. For the 3rd month running I've no idea when my coffee is coming. Called up yesterday and the lady was really not helpful, so none the wiser on my delivery. And no one has called me back. I really hope you get everything sorted out but I'm now going to cancel my subscription

BE CAREFUL. Having ordered online successfully 3 times prior - I made another order and didn't hear anything for 4 working days. I am now without my morning cup of coffee : thanks guys. If you need a reliable service for your fresh bean delivery - maybe look elsewhere.
Amazing coffee from this local roasters! I was given a subscription to this place for a birthday present and receive a bag of new coffee beans each month. Some really interesting coffees... Some I like more than others, which is interesting as helps to define the sort of taste I like!. What I also like, is that each bag of coffee beans has the date of roasting printed on the back... Hmmmm super-fresh coffee!
The Uncle Funka coffee is mental, with milk it actually does taste like bubblegum! Mad ting!
The team at Extract have been an amazing help getting our little cafe up and running. Ollie especially has been a total star! Can not recommend them enough!
