Dire service from Extra Gas. Our family has had no heating or hot water for three weeks and they are unable to provide us with an anticipated bulk delivery date after ordering over a week ago! Poor customer service, no pro-activity. Only suggestion they offer is to send an engineer to decant cylinder gas into bulk tank and charge their customer when the issue is their supply chain.

Called the company for a new tank. Got the reply that they would not like to visit the site which is only a few miles away. The reason is they have check the google map and do not think there is enough space for the tank despite there used to be a gas tank before. Just checked google map and made a decision not coming. a bit funny
