If you want a cab company that changes the price and only tells you last minute, this is the company for you. We booked for a cab to pick us up to go to the airport for £47. When they saw our luggage, they decided to bump it up by £10. When we talked to the cab driver about it, he was very passive aggressive, saying things like “if you don’t like, I can turn back and you can find another cab!” The sad thing, this is not the first time they increased the price in this manner. We will never interact with this company again.

Used to use Expressway all the time and they were great. Now the last three times when we have booked we’ll in advance nobody has showed up. We thought it was a one off at first but now realise the company has become a complete disaster! Don’t use if you want a cab to turn up!

This used to be my favourite cab company. Always used them for taking me to Gatwick. Was excellent communication and service. But oh how they have changed. Whoever answers the phone is surly and rude. Such a shame. Will not be using them again and not recommend.

Do not use. At all costs. Total failure. Booked the taxi through online booking (app)… received the confirmation. Taxi never turned up. No contact whatsoever from the driver and so far no response to my email. When you need to catch a plane better off using a reliable Uber or similar.

Decent company, respectful drivers. I booked a cab to bring me home after a knee operation from Stanmore to Hackney. The driver arrived almost an hour earlier than I could be ready for. Rang Expressways and was told they wanted to make sure a driver was ready for me and I wasn't being charged waiting time. Brilliant service. My driver was very kind, helped me into the cab and drove with the utmost care given my condition. Helped me with my bags to my door too. Thank you so much Expressways I will definitely recommend you!
