Driver number 441 black Vectra, driving like an absolute idiot and shouldn't be on the road let alone carrying passenger. Not only was he speeding recklessly, he almost knocked over 2 kids just outside Gateshead stadium because of his driving. He then further down the road ran over two birds! The whole episode was caught on my dash cam which also records speeds. I have sent a copy to the police and the RSPCB to prosecute.

Went to the wrong side of town, called them and got on the boat just in time. Great cooperative driver!

I've just phoned for a taxi from brockley whins metro to boldon colliery. The phone operator said the taxi is on its way. I then stated that I was at pelaw metro with 5 mins to wait for the metro. He said "ok no bother". When I get to brockley whins there is no taxi and when I phone back they say "yeah the taxi said nobody was there, I booked him for 5 mins after the phone call". If I'm at pelaw with 5 mins to wait how do you think I will be at brockley whins in 5 mins? Absolute nugget! Always use express but never again

Avoid like cancer absolutely shocking service and communication I've got a ill child here booked for 2am to be told its gonna be near to 2.50 when i rang at 2.10 am told that ive never booked with them before so new customers might aswell roll a dice Very rude on phone would give 0 stars if i could Fuming
