I have always used this car wash since 2017 when I got my first car. It has always been very well priced and been a job well done along with the staff being very friendly.  Until today… I got a Valet like I have always done every couple of months. One of the older gentlemen that works there then told me my car was “too dirty” and it would cost £40!!!!!!! I live in London usually and I wouldn’t expect to pay £40 even down south let alone in North Wales. i know this was a blatant case of pushing his luck as my mum had a much bigger cat than me and went in mid December and was only charged £25. I did contest but ended up paying to save the argument and I now I will not be returning again. A lot of areas have been missed in the car today which is a real shame as between the extortionate over charging and the poor job I unfortunately will not being going back again.

You guys did a marvellous job on our car.. asked for everything to be cleaned inside and out. It hadnt been done for so long with with having a large dog and a child leaving slobber and mess all over the back you guys did a great job cleaning even if it did take over an hour. Thanks once again!! Good price too!!
