Great quality flooring and tiles. Now have a bathroom showroom. If you want to buy local there's no more local than this. Superb fitters on their books to recommend if you are not into DIY. Well worth a visit.

Arrived here a couple of weeks prior to lockdown. Was attended by Pamela who was very helpful, told us floor would be delivered and fitted in a couple  of weeks. Then came lockdown,  I rang Pamela about flooring, she said I could collect flooring, but due to the situation they would have to close, so no fitter. No big deal, the civilised  world was going into lockdown. She informed me that when business came back we would be sorted out promptly.  On 10/6/2020 I took a chance and rang the shop, Pamela informed  me they had been open for the last four weeks. I enquired about the floor, and was told she would ring the following week to inform me what day that week the floors would be laid. The following Thursday @ 3pm I rang Pamela again. I  was informed that she had no date for me, she was not Seamuss keeper and turned very aggressive  on the phone when I stated the aforementioned  facts. Around this stage of the conversation  she had the cheek to ask, do you want this floor or not?. I replied not from a undependable retailer. This lady clearly needs a crash course on customer service skills, and must be doing ok when they can trash a £400 order and lose customers because of a very bad business attitude. So today my wife and I purchased two new floors for the same price from a reputable company, they even furnished us with the fitting date and price.PS don't  want to give one star, but unfortunately  have too:
