I just wanted to pass on our thanks for the customer experience we have had using express bi-fold doors. I know this is a premium product just about to put another kidney up for sale... : but we have experienced other 'premium' products and services over the years which have unfortunately fallen far short of that label. So it actually nicely refreshing to have had such a positive experience with your company. Right from the start from our first contact with your sales advisor, the surveyor and finally the installation team. No hassles, no failed deliveries, broken promises or any form of other issues!
A modern stylish store. Helpful staff who aren't pushy. Kitchen and other living spaces are also on display.
Returning Customer - and once again delighted! We used Express three years ago for bi-fold doors and windows at the rear of our property and have just used them again after we have extended the front of the property with sliding doors. For me, it’s not only the quality of the product that sets Express aside from others - it’s their professionalism, attention to detail, communication, and, of course, their OUTSTANDING showroom! On both occasions of our installation, Express have been onsite at the same time as other tradesman - and I really wish the other company’s onsite would take note of how Express staff conduct themselves! Uniformed, on time, polite - and importantly, respectful….and do not leave a total bomb site when they leave. 10/10 - keep up the great work!
The best products with the best service bar none. Just had the pleasure of purchasing 3 sliding doors from Express Bi Folds. Right from the start, the process ran very smoothly. From the initial measure right through to the installation the company was very professional and easy to deal with. Have to compliment the fitters Reece and Matthew who worked hard during the installation and left the site spotlessly clean - they are a credit to the company. Finally the sliders are exactly what we wanted and are fabulous quality. The sightline at only 25mm means we aren't looking at a thick bar obscuring the view. Overall I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Express Bi Folds, a great job at a very fair price.
From the moment we walked into the Leeds showroom, right through the measuring, ordering, fitting and aftercare service, we have experienced a truly exceptional level of professional and understanding service from Express. We ordered a 3 pane 6m sliding door from XP Glide range. The product is absolutely fantastic and the whole experience with Express Bi Folds has been superb. From the sales team to installation- everyone has been great. Sadly it’s rare to find companies these days where everything is smooth and of high standard but we are so happy with Express and they have really exceeded our expectations. Would strongly recommend

Just had some stunning new bi folding doors fitted, from this amazing & progressives company. Everything was done with minimal fuss & high levels of quality & communication. A special thank you to Steve owner & the fitters Danny & Sam. Cracking lads very friendly tidy and professional. I would highly recommend this business. For anyone who wants high quality bi-folding doors at an achievable price.
I use Express Bi-Folding doors for the garden rooms we build at HGSpaces. We find Express a great company to work with and the quality of the bi-folds are to a very high standard. Their customer support is always on hand and quick to respond to quotes and any questions we have. Their delivery drivers are always helpful when they arrive onsite and call ahead to inform us they are due to arrive.
High quality products, great communication from the entire team who ensured a smooth process . Can't recommend enough!
