I was recommended to Expert Travel by my sister who is a loyal customer for business and personal travel. I had already researched the holiday I was planning to take with my family, but after speaking to Expert Travel they suggested a better planned itinerary and were able to offer superior hotels at a similar price. We had to change the holiday last minute and they were very accommodating and helpful in doing so, calling us after office hours and speaking directly to the hotel so we could recover the cancellation fee they wanted to charge. I would definitely be using them again. Thank you.

Expert travel booked a holiday for my mother. They only provided costs information to her over the phone. They said this is their normal procedure. Mum is 81 and has short term memory loss so she needs information in writing. When it arrived (after 3 weeks chasing) it was incomplete. The itinerary they provided (after a week's chasing) had a number of inaccuracies including the day of travel and the hotel mum was staying in. When we called to query the cost they were belligerent and rude. They don't deserve to be in business. Use someone else.
