I strongly recommend seeing Keith if you have any kind of pains or injuries. After being with a different physio for 7 months with no progression towards being fit, I contacted Keith. Within 3 weeks I went from being in pain while walking to being able to run for the first time in nearly 9 months. I’m so thankful for Keith’s expert knowledge and thorough examinations in order to be happy and physically fit again.
Excellent service, I went to Keith Moseley many months ago hobbling along with a stick hardly able to sit or do anything. He quickly identified I had a trapped muscle which was rubbing against the sciatic nerve ouch and with treatment and exercise I was up and mobile within a few weeks. I highly recommend Expert Physio and would have no hesitation in seeking his expertise again should I ever need it. Thank you so much.
I had been seeing a chiropractor for several months because I had a lot of pain in my back. He told me I ought to have appointments every 2 weeks until it was completed better. But after speaking to a friend about it one day, he recommended I made an appointment with Keith. I am so glad that I did, Keith diagnosed a torn muscle, the chiropractor told me it was my joint Keith gave me treatment, which made a huge difference straight away, after a second appointment he gave me an exercise to do which really helped. I would highly recommend Keith, he certainly knows his trade and I shall always go to him should I have the need. Never again will I use a chiropractor!
Keith is professional and very knowledgeable He diagnosed my problem very quickly and after suffering 3 weeks of pain I left his clinic already much better after treatment. Thoroughly recommend his services Thanks Keith
After two false starts I found Keith. He knew immediately what the problem was, promised me that I would get better and said I would be "off the bench and back in the team" in 4/6 weeks. He was right. At 83 to be independent and pain free is vital. His skill achieved this. The treatment was non invasive using ultrasound. I would highly recommend this Physio. I visited Keith at Expert Physio with a stiff neck problem and limited movement of 30 degrees. After carefully explaining the issue he treated me over a period of time with ultra sound and massage along with home exercises to complete. I now have full movement back with my neck and a better quality of life as a result. I have returned to Keith with a separate shoulder and thumb injury, which again I am receiving treatment for and both are nearly back to normal. Thank you Keith for your expertise in restoring my quality of life!
I had been suffering with my back. I hurt my back some years before and knew physio would help. I contacted Keith and was able to get a appointment with in a couple of days. After assessment Keith told me I had pulled two muscles in my back and after two appointments and following advice I feel a lot better. I would definitely recommend to any one suffering with there back. I do not think i would be returning to work so early if i had not been. Keith spoke to you so you understand and makes you feel comfortable going to your appointment.
Keith was recommended to me by a friend. From my first appointment it was clear that he is the consummate professional. I have consulted several physios and none of them were able to help me in the way that he has. He has a friendly and approachable manner and was immediately able to diagnose my problem. I have the utmost confidence in his ability and I have benefited greatly from his knowledge and skills. He was also able to resolve in one session, a back problem which had troubled my wife for a couple of years.
Keith had a knowledge and know how that has repaired a back problem that i have carried for years, i am now pain free and able to complete tasks that i would normally not be able to . Keith explains all in a way that is understandable and his aim is to get you "scoring from out the box again" , Keith is a polite person with a good manner and always makes you feel welcome. Keith was recommended to me as a last resort when I was suffering from serious pain and lack of mobility in my neck. I had been to my GP, several physios and a chiropractor without success. Keith was able to diagnose the issue at our first session and said he felt it was something that he could fix, which in due course he did. He has the rare ability of being able to diagnose a complex issue rather than just treat the symptoms, and I cannot praise his skill highly enough.
