A treasure trove of fabric. Some of the best names in design and some outstanding rare finds. Affordable prices and superb customer service. I have been using expectations for several years now and recommend them to all my customers.
What a fantastic place! Amazing fabric and lovely owners who cannot do enough to assist. Bought lots of fabric here and it's beautiful quality and well priced. Bespoke making service too.
If it's variety you want, then it's fantastic, and they have some pretty high-end fabrics at half the price you'd expect to pay still expensive for me though!.nnLovely fabrics to browse through and although a little bit more than I like to pay, it's convenient and because they have so much fabric I can count on them having more if I need it.nnThe people are very nice and very friendly, but if I could change one thing I would ask that they wait to be asked for advice rather than keep trying to push the fabrics. I'd rather visit when it's busy so that I could be left to browse.
What a lovely shop. Lady in the shop was extremely helpful. I wanted fabric to upcycle a chair and there was so much choice. Would definitely recommend and go back if I need material for any other projects.
Absolutely fantastic! It is always the people that make the place and these people were more than amazing, so full of enthusiasm and could not show me enough new and exciting fabrics, if anyone wants a big rectangular footstool that retails at nearly £500 they have one they are trying to get rid of, only reason we did not buy it was we don't have the space.nThe fabric choice was astounding, please please visit
