I have recently purchased a mexican red fire leg T from this company. Let me say how professional and courteous and helpful they are. The juvenile T came with no issues relaxed and is already settling in well. I deffo will be returning again as a online customer. So MEGA thumbs up can not fault them . Really excellent reptiles shop. We got our corn snake from here and he's so lovely. You are always made to feel so welcome and curiosity is met with detailed and passionate answers. We travel out from Kidlington to buy pinkies despite there being closer shops. A particular shout out to the man with the curly moustache who is always so lovely! All the staff we've met are wonderful
I’ve been going to Exotics at Heart for many years now and I can highly recommend them! From the care taken to keep the shop clean and tidy, the animals always happy and healthy and the amazing customer service. I especially appreciate how seriously they take their stance on duty of care to any animal sold, a picture of setup and full details on equipment is essential to ensuring any animal sold is going to a safe and appropriate environment to live out its life to the fullest. It’s this level of care that makes Exotics at Heart such a great place for all your pets needs whether you’re starting in the hobby and need some knowledge or experienced. The friendly staff are always ready to help!
Purchased a reptile here but I wouldn't be coming back. Salesperson kept telling us about negative experiences he had with other customers, very unprofessional in my opinion. He seems like he doesn't really have sales experience. Judging his reviews and how empty the store is, they also seem to not have many returning customers. And there's some kinda obvious fake reviews...nnI'd rather had purchase my baby somewhere where I'm sure that I'll actually be back.
