Been using the products mostly breakfast of champions lions mane mushroom for about a month wanted to get a full feel used it for a couple weeks then stopped for a week and started taking again to see if there was any difference. And there was I was sharper thinking for the day took some of the brain fog away and multiple other noticeable differences. What a product would highly recommend. Very friendly staff that just speaking to them you know the research has been done and applied to the products they deliver.

I contacted Exhale for advise on CBD.. I was explained and felt confident to try their product.  I have a arthritis in my right knee and vascular veins in the same leg, which most days very painful, cannot get any relief with pain killers giving me sleepless night and generally arching all over in the morning. Within 5 days using Exhale Wellbeing I felt wonderful.. I could sleep, haven’t used any painkillers and I wake up refreshed every morning...best thing I’ve ever done..honestly give it a go cause it works.. Maria Mullett
