Brilliant environment. There's machines for every type of workout and the boxing ring for children is perfect, can put my put my children in the ring whilst focusing on myself for those 30min. The rates at £10 for a full day pass is great for us struggling with the cost of living. This also allows you to use the hot tub bliss. And the gym grinders well they are the most down to earth and pleasant people we could meet
Amazing gym!! The staff are so lovely and welcoming. The gym itself has everything you need and more. I absolutely the spa - steam room, sauna, ice tub and hot tub. I would recommend if you're looking for a gym with a good, welcoming atmosphere, lots of equipment to use and great classes. I've already done two PT sessions with Samm - she is absolutely brilliant! Makes me feel so relaxed, we have a laugh and she really pushes me.
It could be a fantastic gym of it wasn’t filthy, it’s in serious need of a deep clean! The equipment wasn’t cleaned for the length of my membership, false nails and eye lashes in a treadmill for weeks. The staff are friendly and welcoming and I am aware they are due upgrades and making changes but the biggest change needed is new cleaners.
Could be a great gym, but it's just not. Staff are friendly. Has everything you need, but some things are broken or missing parts. It's so dirty! I was a member here for 2 months this year and was there at least 3 or 4 times a week. Not once did I ever see anyone clean equipment. The place smells sweat. The machines are sticky. There are no cleaning products about. Only twice in 2 months was there any cleaning paper towels. Hand sanitising stations were empty every time I went. The final straw for me was the set of false fingernails in the cup holder of one of the treadmills that were there for 2 weeks and are probably still there. Also the used peice of plaster in their standing tanning machine. The floor has so much dirt on it you would want to put you hand down. Overall not a good gym and I won't be back.
Excellent Gym with great facilities and plenty of fitness classes to suit all.
First time here. Started 2023 with a gym membership and so far so good. I'm loving it!
I enjoy the evening classes, especially barbell blast... and I'm glad there's now more weekend classes too.

I used to hate going to gyms to the point of avoiding it completely. This gym is different. The environment here is good; friendly staff, not too intimidating, comfortable.
