What an absolute incompetent and ignorant umbrella company . Breaching pension regulations , and a customer service team that fail to deal with your queries. They undertake tasks without your consent, disclose information to third parties without consent and fail to notify change to payments in advance .I have been a contractor for some time now and had to sack them due to their incompetent behaviour. A colleague overpaid tax by hundreds of pounds last tax year There is no wonder they get poor reviews. Avoid like COVID .
Good company, everything is clear, no mess up. And the staffs are nice, their accent is easy to listen.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS NOT WORTH THE HASSLE - crazy deductions & 0 Accountability at management level If 0 stars was an option Failed to pay in the run up to Christmas after confirming on the phone that the hours were registered 2days before pay day and guaranteed to be paid out resulting in unnecessary overdraft charges. I have patiently waited more than a week til offices open to find out why only to be rushed off the phone by a Manager name Donna, appalling phone manner as per usual they just want to give lip service as to what they cannot do. No accountability whatsoever for her staff members false words, No advice or help on actually sorting my problem. When I asked them to contact the colleague who guaranteed the hours were there they basically said there is no point in doing so
Very impressed. Everything was explained very clearly and their systems are easy to use.
Kept stealing money on the pretence of public liability, even on the one occasion they actually asked me if I Had public liability they still went ahead and STOLE the money, irrespective of asking for refunds they IGNORED my requests, BEWARE OF THIS "COMPANY"? If thats what they are, I would say THIEVES, NO REFUND OF ILLICITLY GAINED PROFITS OUT OF YOUR POCKETS..... YEAH TO COMMISSION BASED SALES THIEVES, get a real job and STOP LEACHING OFF EVERYONE ELSE

I would give this company zero stars if possible. Do not listen to the fake 5 star reviews and take the 1 star reviews as truth. They are an extremely unpleasant and unprofessional company to deal with, I would advise everybody to explore any alternative payment options before using this company and only use them if you absolutely have to.
Absolutely not trustable company. The play with your own money how they want. You might get your salary 6 in the morning, 2 in the afternoon or not at all. When you call them to find out what is going on they just tell lies which you can easily find out by calling every 10 minutes and from every person you will hear different excuse. Today - because of their fault - they've tried to charge me £87. My agency paid them on time, I saw screenshots and everything so they told me last week agency paid late to them, so they have to pay me cash advance so I get my salary on time, and because of that they must take this money back. So - last week I had to chase my money because not been paid until last minute of the day - and today they are telling me they have to steal that money back because they gave me cash advance. When it was my own earned money. Ridiculous. I was paid late because of THEIR FAULT and today they tried to charge me £87 because of their fault previous week. Basically they've tried to steal my salary as it was just for few hours. They wanted me to work free and bring cash to them. It is a joke. It not happened first time, similar situation every other week. DON'T TRUST THEM, DON'T USE THEM IF YOU WANT BE PAID RIGHT AMOUNT OF YOUR OWN MONEY AND BE PAID ON TIME. Rating by customers and Google users of this stealing company says it all.
