Needed a van at short notice and Exchange accommodated my needs. I had to leave my car on site and their 24 hour security made me feel safe. Very professional and quick service. Reasonably priced as well for a brand new van!
This is the third time I have hire a van, but the first time from Exchange. This is by far my best experience of hiring a van. Easy to place the order on-line, but I confirmed it over the phone. The pick-up and drop-off process was very straightforward. The van was very clean and pretty new and was good to drive. The only slight issue was that the van was half full when I picked it up. So; half-full to half-full was not as easy as full to full, but with the estimated mpg and the miles remaining in the tank info that the van displayed this was easily doable. So with the reasonable pricing this was a very good experience.
Having used Exchange for a Luton van on numerous occassions lately, I can only say they are the best hire company I have ever used, and this is from someone who has hired vans from all the local and national companies. All the vans I have hired have been spotless inside and out being a new fleet, and it always seems a shame to dirty them!! All the staff are really friendly, especially Diana on the desk. There's an added bonus where you can return the van on Sunday night which no other company I have ever used offers. I cannot recommend Exchange highly enough.
Hired a van to move house over the weekend. Great price! Really friendly staff. Easy process to hire, collect and return. We had a problem with the van on the Sunday and a replacement was organised within the hour! Would definitely use these guys again!
All the staff are friendly and helpful. Nice clean vans, everything is straightforward and no delay in getting my deposit back. On my most recent hire I realised 2 days after returning the van, I had left some money in the glove compartment, it was found and was saved for me till I could pick it up. I'm so grateful for the honesty. I would 100% recommend this company.
This company is exceptional in all areas of service. Extremely helpful, informative, caring and efficient. The hire vehicles are of a very high spec, fuel efficient and presented to the customer immaculately. Brilliant service from my first call from Diana, they were first class throughout, my van was in perfect condition, and clean with no scuffs inside or out, unlike vans I have hired from other places that are covered in builders waste or paint. Would definitely use them again, Well done !!

Required a Extra Long Wheel Base Van for moving house. From the first point of contact of enquiring right through to handing the keys back, it was an easy, simple process. The van itself was clean, tidy and well looked after. I would use again and would recommend to anyone.
