I have deleted my 1* review because I always had terrible experience with 1 team member but I haven’t seen him in a few months and the man who’s taken over has been really nice. Like I went the other day and he was alone doing post office and shop but he was still being nice and giving outstanding customer service. I hope the other guy can learn something from him, it doesn’t really take much to be polite.
Awful post office - came in during open hours and was sent away because the lady couldn't be bothered to help. Very unprofessional.
I agree with all the bad reviews. The lady is so rude. I’ve never experienced anything like how rude and unhelpful she is. A serious lack of customer service. Would definitely not recommend using this Post Office.
Very bad service. Asked the lady for how to send my DVLA form the best way she said to just send it. Now my BRP is lost. The worst service ever
Staff here unhelpful and even go so far as to say rude on numerous occasions. Use post office in the Lowry instead, they’re really helpful in there.
Give them a break, its a post office! I haven't had a bad experience, personally. I do agree, it would be nice if the hours could be verified by the business owner and sanitised to make sense with modern life. Otherwise, there is a newly refurbished interior which is far nicer than it has ever been and the treatment I receive when frequenting is prompt and courteous.
I have used it before cos it was handy but today went in a rush to drop something off and had my 4kilos dog in my arms. The shop was empty, and the girl there, a colour woman, and I say this cos I don’t want her to be mistaken by other one, kicked me out really rudely. I tried to be nice about it but she replied to me as if I didn’t understand English… so I left without even saying anything. She must not know what a minimum of customer service is since U work towards the public. Treat as U want to be treated. I recommend you to walk to another one and don’t get frustrated as per a sad person in life not knowing how to talk to customers.
Unbelievably rude staff member. Notorious around the area. I only use it in absolute emergencies because she is just genuinely so unpleasant to deal with. Shame as it's close by and handy, but I refuse to give them much business. It's almost comical how rude she is, like going to a 'Karen's Diner' novelty restaurant where they are rude to you on purpose. The Post Office's own website say it closes at 3.30 in the week, she refuses to take mail after 3pm. Strange.
A very bad experience at this office. I found two people there totally lacking common sense, disinterested. Shame on them!
Terrible service. Rude staff. Unbelievable. *After posted response from owner* Hang on… So you did actually have tape?? I would have bought it if it was offered. Also I would have appreciated a bit more service from you after being made to wait outside for you to finish your toilet break. If only you were as attentive in serving staff as you are to responding to bad reviews.
