Really good experience - had been a bit worried reading reviews and didn’t book anything in advance but there were no queues at pick up and drop off, 7.50 for 3 hours baggage storage which I thought was fair, bag scanned before stored, shop spotless and staff incredibly nice and helpful. Many thanks!
This company is a scam company. Be warned your lost property will be rifled by them and you money taken from baggage .. then ransomed for a charge.
Scam baggage company .. found our property and rifled thru bag took cash out of my purse and then charged to hand it back.
Thieves must be managing this company.. be warned they take your property and will charge to to get it back.
First time using this facility great idea was able to leave luggage for 3 hrs to have a look at the German Market first gentleman very polite and really nice here comes the but... When I went back to collect my luggage it was a different guy snatched the ticket from then said "pay" when asked how much was it 15 was the reply no please thank you I would use this service again but if this chap is working I will take his name hence only 3 star....
Damaged occurred to my suitcase whilst in their possession. Rather than owning up to this - they instead denied that the damage was caused by them despite the bag being handed over without damage. I’ve no idea whether it was accidental, negligent or malicious but when you pay for bags to be safely stowed away you expect that. I’m not unreasonable - had they have said “we are sorry but your bag was accidentally damaged” I’d have been more than reasonable in dealing with the matter. Instead an officious man Wayne McBean sends an email with two screen prints as a defence - the dishonesty of this man who is allegedly a team leader there is what I find the most offensive. I’d used the company many times before with no issues - yes they are expensive but I don’t mind if I know my items are safe. They’ve lost several hundreds of pounds of revenue as a result of this as I’ve no confidence in them now. This aside, if Mr McBean was so dishonest in his handling of my complaint, can you really trust his team with your valuables? I know I won’t be in the future!
The morning shift person was extremely rude and unhelpful with all customers, except with his friends. On the other hand late shift representative was super helpful and friendly. Is not like there are many options around so just be aware
I arrived to deposit my bag well before 7am when this servixe says they are open and whatcdo i get a rubbish service as clearly no one could be bothered to turn up for work today. Will not be using this service again. Had to struggle with case all the way to work at coventry and saved myself £9.00 fee. You have lost a customer in not working to advertised times.
Good friendly service, just what we needed meant we could take a tour around Brum without dragging our cases about, 3 cases for 3 hours around £26.
