Juliette managed to squeeze our dog Storm in last minute which allowed us to get away in the summer holidays. We were quite anxious with it being our first time leaving him for an extended stay. The staff were really helpful and after making a quick visit to show us around, we were sure he would be fine. Whilst away we got plenty of pictures which settled any nerves we had. Big thank you to all the team who looked after Storm, we will definitely be back again with more notice next time! Many thanks Kirsty, Mark and Storm
Left my beautiful dog Cali in their care for 3 weeks. Collected today, very well taken care of and they even gave her a bath so she smells gorgeous! Would highly recommend, total peace of mind whilst away with lots of photos for reassurance. 5stars, would give more if I could. Massive thank you to all the staff x
Highly recommend, our 3 cats were well cared for and it was lovely that their personalities had been worked out perfectly after their short stay. Really appreciate that they arranged for Dolly to be in the next pen to her boys, Magic and Merlin. She could keep an eye on her mischievous 11 mth old boys without being at the mercy of their rough and tumble antics !!
I’ve used Ewloe Rabbit Retreat for my bunnies multiple times. The hutches are a good size, and well maintained. The bunnies are kept away from the other residents so it is safe and peaceful for them. They’re provided with nuggets, hay and fresh greens, but you can bring your own nuggets if your bun has a sensitive tum. The team are amazing; so friendly and definitely animal people! My buns are well looked after and it’s like a little holiday for them when I’m away on my hols. Great price for bunny boarding!!
First time leaving our cat here for 2 weeks while we went on holiday to portugal. They were brilliant . They really looked after her and sent us photos of her while we were on holiday we've already booked her in for July next year. They also look after dogs, rabbits
Charlie is now an old 14 year old spaniel who has only ever stopped here when we go away. We use the kennels 2-3 times every year and are always pleased with them. He has returned to us having had a lovely bath and all over pampering. Thank you
The dog love their holidays at Ewloe boarding Kennels! They head in with waggy tails and don’t look back. The staff are always very welcoming to them and it is clear the dogs feel very comfortable.
We left our dog here for 5 days. He was well looked after and he didn't want to leave. The dogs get heated kennels and an outdoor bit. And get walked. Well priced and the staff were lovely. Highly recommend and I will be using again.
Wow, where do I even begin! These boarding kennels are absolutely fantastic, and I can't sing their praises enough. It was Sandy's fourth time boarding at Ewloe Kennels, and honestly, I wouldn't consider anywhere else after this experience. From the moment we pulled into the car park, Sandy was bursting with excitement to see the staff and other furry friends. The kennels are so cozy and spacious, and the runs get plenty of natural light. They even have a large paddock for dogs to frolic in! I love that while they can see other dogs, they don't mix them together. It truly feels like a luxurious home away from home - I half-jokingly wished I could stay there too! When Sandy returned home, she was happy, spotless, well-fed, and happily exhausted from all the fun. The staff raved about how wonderfully she behaved, and I could tell they genuinely care. They're all just lovely, cheerful, polite, and caring - dedicating all their attention to ensuring every pup is happy and well-cared for. I can't thank them enough for the amazing care they provided for Sandy. A small tip for others: if you're picking up or dropping off your dog on a Sunday, double-check the closing times as they close at 12 pm. Hands down, the best experience. A massive thank you to the dedicated staff who made Sandy's stay so delightful, giving me peace of mind to enjoy my time away as well! Xx
I would like to say thank you very much for looking after Hogan for a week, and the daily facebook pictures was a special touch. Hogan will definitely be back.
