Why anyone would use Evri is beyond me. I have a time sensitive parcel. Was originally supposed to be delivered between 3-4 yesterday, this then changed to between 5.30-6.30 after we are closed. Changed the delivery to a neighbour who would have been open. No delivery attempted. Now tracking says not delivered and has not been updated. I have no idea if the parcel is coming or not. The chat doesn't allow you to speak to anyone, nor does the phone number. The chat gives the impression it will put you through to a human but never does, just keeps you stuck in a loop. Ends with the promise of someone will get back to you in 24hrs. Absolutely useless when it should have been here 24hrs ago. How they still exist I don't know. How trading standards haven't investigated them is beyond me. Worst company I've ever had the misfortune to deal with. Luckily I decided a long time ago to never ship with them, sadly my supplier this time wasn't so inclined. Useless. Utterly Useless.
How this place passes a hygiene check I will never know each time I pick up from here the toilets are disgusting I HAVE SEEN ANIMALS that live cleaner than the men that use these toilets IT REEKS, piss all over the floor, toilets not flushed and amount of blokes that only wash one hand while still wearing a glove on the other hand makes me wonder what germs are being passed onto parcels or touching machinery and then someone touches that!! Disgusting totally disgusting and when I asked to use another toilet somewhere I was told nope Managers only use the other ones!! I know why cos they dont want theirs leaving like these ones!!! H&S need to do spot checks on this place!!
Absolutely dreadful!nI was informed that parcel was delivered Monday with a foto, it wasn’t my house, the foto was clearly taken in the middle of summer, and it’s now Friday, I’ve sent in 2 complains so far, “they’re looking into it!” I’ve tried to call, just an automated voice mail… Ive resorted to try and go to the depot myself and speak to a manager, I doubt if I’ll get anywhere though!!!nFuming isn’t the word
I had asked my parcel to be left in a safe space. Due to working at home and being busy I also placed a sign on the door.nnThe driver ignored it and banged the knocker on my door and then rang the doorbell.nThe driver pushed the doorbell so hard it jammed and I had to get someone out to release it.nnThe drivers show no respect and don’t care.
Worst delivery service ever and when you think it can't get any worse it does. Avoid Evri at all costs. Delivery driver beyond lazy and fat to deliver the parcel to the front door instead leaves them in an unsecured location
