Great gym for beginners, or hardcore fanatics! With a wide range of classes (included with your membership, visitors must pay a fee) and helpful staff, it's a great environment to exercise to your heart's content. Plus the sauna at the end of a session really helps!

Didn't like the window in reception as it looks in to the gym and the staff like to linger there and look at those in the gym. Made me feel uncomfortable!

High quality equipment and friendly staff, great service and value and many courses available, highly recommended, however quite busy at around 7:00PM so come early or later

Absolutely cracking gym, I've been to a lot of gyms from my travels and this is way up there with the best. Very good s and c room with public access most of the time but check when there are classes on.
