DO NOT visit this cinema! Dirty, food-covered sofas, uncomfortable and smelly. Deserves its 0 food hygiene rating; always check the rating before going somewhere! Cannot believe somewhere can have such a low rating yet still charge inexplicable amounts for their food. Chips were small and not worth the money. I asked for a well-done burger and it was more than pink in the middle. The young people serving were great, except I did see one of them drop a piece of cutlery then proceed to put it on a plate when I was in the bar. How can someone think that this is acceptable! My friend had a piece of glass in her milkshake, a massive shard that no one had picked up on! No wonder it is rated so low hygiene-wise! The managers were rude and incapable of running a hospitality venue. I could see hoovers hiding behind the curtains, I expect a luxury service. The tables were dirty in the bar. A horrible stench was coming from the door to the left of the bar, I am guessing from the bin. The floor had food on it and I almost slipped. Everywhere had an unbearable stench and I was nauseated. The menus had food on them which was just horrible. I could not see anyone behind the bar or in front of it washing their hands after handling dirty things. I cannot see myself returning and I hope that the management have a good look at themselves and their venue.
It was an amazing experience, so cozy, the food was amazing, lovely staff. The girl behind the bar with the curly hair didn’t get her name! was entirely helpful with my daughters dietary requirements. My favourite cinema!

Inside the auditorium, there are no traditional seats — only double sofas with side tables and lamps, clearly designed for eating and drinking rather than attentive viewing. The constant distraction of service, the clinking of glasses, and the social atmosphere make genuine immersion near-impossible.nnBefore the screening, a young staff member stood up and asked, “Is everybody having a good time?” — a tone-deaf gesture that might suit a themed bingo night, but feels absurd in the context of serious cinema. His attempt to create a sense of occasion only highlighted how little the venue understands about the cultural experience it’s selling.nnWorst of all, the sound levels were painfully loud — an elementary failure in a setting that claims to elevate the filmgoing experience. A £16 ticket and £10 glass of subpar Cava only compounded the sense of style over substance.nnThe Everyman concept may appeal to those seeking a night out with a film in the background — but for those who value cinema as an art form, this isn’t the place. It’s time we asked more of these spaces, not just for the sake of the audience, but for the sake of the films themselves.
I love the cinema, comfort food and very nice staff but I went to watch Avatar today and it lasted nearly 4 hours with the adds with no break for toilet etc. As we all order some food, popcorn and drink it’s very difficult to hold it for that long. Or they need to consider the break or they will loose the money on drinks. I had a coke by the way not alcoholic one .
