This is how cinemas should be. What a great experience at the Everyman Cinema in Northallerton today. Pre-film drinks on the balcony, super friendly and helpful staff, beautiful furnishings, drinks and snacks delivered to your very comfy sofa seat. Great way to spend the afternoon.
Luxuriously cinema/ Pictures in Northallerton. Situated where the young offenders prison use to be.nLove the 60s 70s retro look in the bar and lobby area.nReminds me of the hotel carpet from the Shining. Also the Everyman reminds me of a retro bar which I went to years ago at the Royal festival Hall/National theatre Southbank London.nI remember the Everyman starting off in Hampstead from the old Royal Free Nurses home London.
I visited here with a friend for the first time last week. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Lovely atmosphere and really like how the place is decorated and styled. Comfortable seating. Excellent customer service received. Happy with the food and drink options.
Lovely cinema and lovely atmosphere. Excellent bar area, beautifully decorated and furnished. The sofas in all auditoriums three screens are so comfy and luxurious, little cushions and tables to put your drinks on. A very good range of drinks, hot and cold and food is lovely. Staff are so friendly and helpful. You can order food prior to your film too which is really useful.nnMy only grumble is the glasses of wine are exceptionally expensive at £13 for a large glass which is rather steep. This is fine dining/Michelin prices. This, however, did not deter us and will of course return, it's fantastic to have an Everyman so local to us and not forgetting, the latest films in relaxing, lovely and immaculately clean surroundings!
We have watched madalorian here recently and we had really pleasant experience.nWe visited two different everymans before and this one is so far the best of them all.nIt helps there is a big car park near by so no stress of finding place to park.nWe will visit again.
