Booked through AA Smart care for an MOT & service collection & delivery. No communication from the garage on the day. In the end I contacted smart care who called them to be told they had staff shortages so couldn't do it. I understand not having the staff, but at least call the customer so their not say around all day waiting, especially when they've already paid!
Had my car serviced with these guys and then some follow up work I requested. They collected the car and dropped it off. Huge improvement in the cars performance and Jason was a knowledgeable and friendly guy. Cant believe the other reviews, my experience was excellent and I will be using again
Absolutely appalling. Do NOT use this garage. They have had my car nearly 2 weeks for simple repairs. They just can't be bothered doing anything, they apparently only have one mechanic, they never answer the phone, they take 2 working days to even come up with a quote for work. If you want your car back any time in the distant future, don't bother with these cowboys.
Supposed to have done a service and replaced number plate bulb, oil change, bits and pieces. The bill .....£825.76!!!!!! My car also came back with broken drivers seat. My car is being inspected tomorrow. If what has been paid for hasn't been done.will see you in small claims court, will pass on to trading standards and DVSA. There are currently 48 people going down the legal route regarding servicing stop and third party garages they use! AVOID at all costs. Rang them two weeks ago. Kept telling me to call servicing stop. He didn't grasp the concept that they had supposedly done a full service. Said he would get owner to call me..... Surprisingly, nothing. Well, look forward to a visit from trading standards and seeing yourselves on TV! .... won't that be nice...... Cowboys
Didn't do the service that was listed and charged extra £400 for nothing. Afterwards, there are so problem happened with the car. I.e. oil pressure sensor being damaged for no reason and there's grinding after ignition. The car is now taking care from other trusted garage and hopefully it could be fixed.
Terrible service . Booked through ServicingStop who are a complete scam and this garage is part of that rip off. Car was not returned as agreed, and no explanation was given! They quoted absolutely ridiculous prices for “extra” work and did not even manage to turn off the service light. Do not use under any circumstances, avoid, avoid, avoid
Had my car booked in to be collected between 8am-11am but called up at 1050am to get told that they are short staffed and are not coming for it! It took me to call up to find this out. Surly they knew this 3hrs before! I'm so glad I came on to write this review as now I've seen the bad reviews I think I've had a lucky escape in my eyes!!!
Terrible experience, took my car for MOT and promised they'd return same day. 3 days later and still no car, closed on weekend and no one to talk to so been left without my own car that passed MOT on Friday so no way of celebrating mothers day now. Bunch of cowboys would give -5 stars if I could
This garage is a scam, people who work for them are liars and thieves. They got my car used it for 4 days, charged in advanced, said MOT and service done, but nothing is done, used all my petrol and stole the car parts from the car. STAY AWAY FROM THEM
