Don’t bother if you only have a small job. Only needed one window replacing. Didn’t arrive when they said they would to measure and quote. Once I’d chased that and measurements had been done was told it could be done the next week. Called every day to ask when it could be fitted and constantly told that no one knew if the window had been delivered yet. Gave up and used another company and haven’t heard anything since. Terrible service.
Today, I encountered a problem when a mechanism on my window handle broke. Initially unsure of where to find a replacement, I discovered EVAWHITE WINDOWS LIMITED. To my relief, they provided excellent assistance by offering a spare part. Despite it being second-hand, it was in perfect condition and exactly what I needed to fix the mechanism. The staff at EVAWHITE went above and beyond, ensuring I had all the help I needed. For their outstanding generosity and support, I wholeheartedly give them a five-star rating. They are not only helpful but also incredibly friendly.
Extremely pleased with our new front door and patio doors fitted today by the two Marks. Both were professional and friendly. Cleared all rubbish and took it with them. Highly recommended.
Awful. Door only been installed a couple of years and is already knackered, massive cracks in the plastic and all the gold coloured finishings have worn away. Go elsewhere.
Used eva white twice before and never had a problem. This time struggled for nearly 2 weeks to get a quote, then they failed to turn up on the arranged fitting date, i called them only to be told the units hadn't come in. Feeling messed about so I've now cancelled.
After they failed to turn up for the first appointment, we arranged another date for a second appointment. We waited an hour and no-one turned up. We didn’t even get an apology or a call either to explain why.
Recently had a new rear door replaced and a single window pane replaced at the same time. The guys who installed these were very friendly and professional. All mess was removed by them as they worked through the installation. Final product is better than expected. Would recommend them to anyone

Can't fault this company they arrived on time, did a great job and were very keen on price. What more could we ask for? This is the company that keeps on giving, we had a slight problem with our front door and it was fixed promptly although it was fitted 3years ago Many thanks to all at Evawhite..
