Fantastic shop. Staff are always great and friendly. Ri has always been great with excellent customer service to me and my partner. Likewise her colleague tall, ponytail and a beard, not sure of his name has been brillant and always helpful on every visit.
There's a great range of vapes, liquids etc. but the thing that sets this place apart is the staff. They're lovely. I'm a regular and look forward to popping in! Always super helpful and very friendly and entertaining too. They also know the products like the backs of their hands and always have useful suggestions, and want to save you money. I'm usually served by Ri manager and a young gentleman with a dark blonde ponytail and a beard. Thank you!
This is the first vape shop that actually didn’t try to sell me, something completely rubbish. I went in there today to get a new vape because my one broke and unfortunately they didn’t have the one that I usually buy. Even though I was unable to touch the Vapes available because of Covid, they helped in every other possible way to help me find the right one for me. Ya boys puffing clouds like no other. Big love y’all
Came here to buy some vape juice. The seller would not agree to open the juice bottles for me to taste or smell, said if he opens it I have to buy it. Then I asked if he could mix in the nicotine for me. He explained he won’t. I explained to the seller that I can go to anywhere else and they would let me at least smell and would mix the nicotine for me… and that I will not waste my time at his shop.
May 2021 first review: First time going into store. Rihanna very helpful with explaining everything to my other half and very professional. Took the time to explain how his new device worked that he bought from the shop. We were very impressed by the high quality of customer service, professionalism and helpfulness. Me and my other half will be back again for sure. I can't thank Rihanna enough for her patience.. THANK YOU!! October 2022: Always come here and again today amazing service. Sorry did not get the guys name. He had a beard and glasses and helped me find an alternative flavour as not had my usual in. Told me other flavours that he had in the MG I wanted and very kind and professional. 100/100 stars from me. Thank you
Great little shop very well stocked despite its size. The staff have always been very friendly and are happy to help you with your vape related purchases. Lots of places are stating to sell vape products but I have found that very few like evapo Islington actually know about the products they sell. For that reason alone If you are new to vaping, I would recommend a visit to the shop and a chat with one of the guys. You'll be much happier we your vape when you get home.
Sold me a broken product and did not replace it or refund me. I bought a vape here 2 months ago and planned on being a regular customer due to the friendly and helpful service. However, the vape stopped working almost immediately. I wasted time and money trying to fix it cleaning, buying new coils etc. as I assumed the actual vape would not be sold broken and couldn't easily return to the shop as I do not live near it. I finally gave up and returned to the shop where they determined the vape was faulty but would not replace it or refund me since the warranty had run out just a few days before. The staff were friendly and I understand that this is the policy but it felt pretty disrespectful and sleazy since they sold me an outright broken product and the warranty expired just days before.
Love coming to this shop every time to top up my liquids, coils and rechargeable batteries. The staff there are very knowledgeable, friendly and supportive. Massive thank you to Rhianne for supporting me when I had challenging December xx. Don't listen to the negative reviews they all nonsense! and attention seekers, I' ve never had one bad experience and always leave the shop with a big smile . An absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. Went in as a total vape novice and the staff were so helpful, informative and very patient...I left the store with a complete "starter pack" at a very good price. I have been back many times and the staff are always very helpful and happy to serve you. Excellent loyalty scheme as well...saving me even more money. Honestly, the best place to go if tou want to get started vaping; Thank you, see you all again soon.
I went there this morning and was helped by a very competent and friendly sales assistant.
