Do not ever use them for your holiday foreign currency. Although in theory they charge no commission, they give you a very poor rate. Currency I got today - Costa Rican - was at a rate equivalent to a commission of nearly £55 for £350 of currency.
Excellent customer service from friendly, professional well experienced staff. Competitive prices for foreign holidays, cruises, city breaks and theatre breaks etc. You can get everything you need for a great holiday all in one place; airport car parking, transfers, insurance, foreign currency and a travel money card. I highly recommend Hays travel in Newton Abbot, it's a pleasure dealing with the staff and so easy to book fantastic holidays with them.

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday in Marrakesh at the hotel Le Jardin de la Koitoubia. 5 star ++ wonderful through Classic Holidays. We could not fault it. Old Rhiad in the centre of the walled town. Very atmospheric. The holiday was booked through Hays travel of Newton Abbott. The holiday had to be altered Three times due to Covid. The girls were so helpful, and we were so pleased to eventually be able to go. Marrakesh unbelievable unique.
