Evans Maintenance Services is a family owned business and since 1946 we have been providing services to the heating and ventilation industry.

70 years in the industry means we have built up a wealth of knowledge in understanding exactly how systems new and old should function to provide our clients the best possible service.

Mission

At Evans Maintenance our field based engineers are always on hand to provide service, maintenance and break down response on a rapid reaction basis to all our clients.

We offer planned preventative maintenance aimed at reducing the risk of equipment failure, improving performance, efficiency and most importantly safety inspections and functional testing of your heating, hot water and ventilation equipment.
