Bought my car online, a 1st for me, but the staff at Evans Halshaw guided me through the process step by step. They arranged everything from the delivery of the car from Wigan to Darlington to the part exchange of my old vehicle. They sorted the tax & the log books. Making what I thought was going to be a very difficult process really simple. Big thanks to Ashley in the 1st place as he hadn't been there long. To Kieran as well for having to putting up with my novice Teams call. Other mentions to Nick & James for their help. Got the car yesterday. Very pleased so So far. Would recommend these guys. Absolutely brilliant service, traded in my old car. Got a price online which was reasonable. we where expecting them to drop the price , like we buy any car and motorway, but they virtually gave us the same price.This was on saturday the money hit my account Monday , totally hassle free. They did get a lovely car which we where sorry to see go. But pleased we took the appointment which was all easily arranged online. Well done for a really good service. Bought my first car today with Ayrron and he was so lovely and helped me from the second I walked in. I went to the branch with a car that was on HP for another year worried whether it’d be valued enough at part exchange to cover the remaining payments due to a few bumps and scuffs. Ayrron was very helpful from the moment we walked in to the moment We walked out with a new car that We absolutely love.
