So had a very very good experience at Kirkcaldy Ford centre. I phoned them and and spoke with Lee the sales person. We went through options and finance options. I purchased my new car from Lee and collected it today. They aren't pushy the are genuine and listen to their customers. They kept in contact with me through the he whole process which only took 4 days from my initial enquiries to picking up the car. I would happily give 10 stars if I could. On collection of my new car Lee was waiting for me and explained the new features. And as I entered the showroom every member of their team greeted me when I walked past. The whole experience was very warm and welcoming thank you Lee and Kirkcaldy Ford centre.
Bought a second hand car from the Kirkcaldy Ford centre, dealt with Rhys throughout. Wonderful service throughout, arranged a test drive, received a very competitive trade in offer for my vehicle. Once the sale went through, vehicle was fully serviced and valeted, arranged a pick up day. Handover was seamless, in and out in no time. Got a years warranty and MOT, had the car for a few weeks now and it’s run like a dream. Would definitely recommend. Thanks again!

My husband and I picked up our new car yesterday. Excellent customer service from Adam who looked after us at every step and kept us well informed. We also dealt with Martin - Sales Manager who was very helpful. The team do everything they can to ensure their customers are happy and are very thorough. Adam explained the whole process clearly from start to finish. Will look forward to dealing with Kirkcaldy Ford again when the time comes to change our car again.
