So had a very very good experience at Kirkcaldy Ford centre. I phoned them and and spoke with Lee the sales person. We went through options and finance options. I purchased my new car from Lee and collected it today. They aren't pushy the are genuine and listen to their customers. They kept in contact with me through the he whole process which only took 4 days from my initial enquiries to picking up the car. I would happily give 10 stars if I could. On collection of my new car Lee was waiting for me and explained the new features. And as I entered the showroom every member of their team greeted me when I walked past. The whole experience was very warm and welcoming thank you Lee and Kirkcaldy Ford centre.
I saw the car that I would like on the website, and as I met Jim Grantham on the forecourt he was courteous and knowledgeable about the car. He arranged the test drive straight away at our request. From the initial discussion to buying the car Jim, kept myself and my wife informed at every step of the way. Can’t praise the efficiency and friendliness of Jim.nnScott Urquhart
