Bought a VW Golf, slightly more in price due to value of used cars shooting up nevertheless a nice car and good clean example bought from here with low miles. Pleased with the service and quick turnaround, they do sell you a package and a warranty which i did opt for and makes sense for 2 years peace of mind and includes recovery too. Gave my old car in and the whole process was quick and easy. Did a bank transfer and not bother with finance, again it was fairly straightforward. Overall pleased with the service and particularly the car which is hard to find in excellent condition and low miles.

Excellent service from the guys at Evans Halshaw in Batley. Old car sadly too expensive to repair and needed a car I could drive away the same day. Kingsley was super helpful in sorting me out with the car I wanted with all paperwork done with the car being cleaned and valeted whilst I waited. Even got a nice coffee thrown too. From arrival to driving home, all done in 2 hours. Special shout also to Sun Tan Superman and Small Forehead guy.

Received a re call notification for a break check. Booking the appointment was easy. Dealt with booking friendly and efficiently. Staff offered for me to wait in the lounge reception area. Reception phoned after approximately 40 minutes to advise the inspection had been carried out and my car was ready for collection. Reception very courteous. I'll be back .

Came in today to have my car serviced and I have had my bottle of perfume taken out of my cup holder in my car I am appalled by this. Called them to tell them before 4pm and apparently they have all gone home. I will never use this place again!!

John was brilliant from the start, and made buying my new car very quick and easy. Super friendly and got the car ready for me really quickly! Would recommend!

Poor customer service. Asked me to pay a £200 deposit for not having log book for px. Told me they would refund once one book received. Dropped log book off and now chased refund 3 times with no success. Very poor.

We were looking for a Nissan Leaf and had been messed around at a Nissan dealers. Evans Halshaw had a very good value vehicle available. I rang at 5.50 p.m and reserved the vehicle. Called down the next morning and we were very well looked after by John. Within the hour we were on our way home in our new vehicle! Excellent value, excellent service. Highly recommended.
