The rear hub on my Pinnacle Iroko broke, I took it into Evans at Castleford. The guys sourced me a hub, got it fixed, and kept me informed by telephone about what was happening along the way. They even noticed the brake was a bit sketchy and threw in a brake bleed. Brilliant service, happy me!
The store assistant was very helpful and friendly. They had the item I wanted, so very happy with the experience.
Quick service and reasonably priced. I’ll be going back.
You can say what you like about "big" bike chains but Evans have always been excellent with me, gave me a replacement rear wheel skewer today for nowt and friendly efficient service to boot. Thanks very much!
