The staff at this shop are really helpful. I purchased a new bike from the store and have had some issues with my bike , but this is due to the manufacturer and not Evans. However they have always helped me to get back on the road successfully. They really care about their customers cycling experience it is not just about selling bikes and accessories.

This is the best and most professional store for cycles. The service is amazing at Evans in Canary Wharf. The team is always willing to help and available with professional suggestions and recommendations. I will never go to any other cycles shop.

Absolutely awful. Do not shop here. I got some advice on which bike to buy and later the same guy was no longer working there. They shipped a faulty bike to my home and then did offer to exchange it. I hauled it back into the store to get the new bike and especially to make sure I could fit the components I had purchased. The manager was patronizing, first of all. Secondly, I asked for some guidance on putting on the mudguards. The guy had the bike and the mudguards right in front of him, and I said I wanted to make sure I could do it myself. There is no way they fit. There is a vertical bracket on a horizontal hole through the top bridge. When I called for some help, the same manager told me to come back into the store, then watch YouTube videos, which I had already done. I asked to speak to the tech, who I was told was with another customer and would be busy until they closed. Then he said the best option was to exchange them for an 'easier' pair. Absolutely ridiculous. Never again. I also called the main customer service line so that I can ride the bike tomorrow at 16:47 when they say they close at 17:00 and they were already shut down.

Great service, friendly staff! Always willing to help, answer all your questions and give you a good advices! A bit pricey but they give you a lot of information for that!

Really disappointed from Evans customer service, I have purchased the last Garmin 1000! I was really excited for the discount, especially that I started preparing myself for the "Prudential rideLondon ". However once my "new" unit arrived, oh, surprise, a unit that was faulty. I couldn't ride with my new Garmin over the weekend. Looks like someone had returned the unit for a warranty claim, however Evans'staff didn't send the unit to the supplier, put back in stock, and unfortunately, I endup purchasing the faulty unit. As there is no more stock available, I have been asked to "pay" more to upgrade the new model and cover "their" mistakes, I don't think that is fair. Just a big let down from Evans and customer service.
