this hotel was interesting. the staff were very friendly and gave me a discount on late check out which I appreciated. they were keen to be accomodating. overall the setting of the hotel is unlike one ive stayed in before. its a busy high street so there is a bit of noise despite staying on the 3rd floor. the bed was superrrr comfy. not the biggest fan of the decor though. for us it was exactly what we needed - a decent sleep after a night out.
nnI’m currently staying at the Euro Traveler Hotel during my trip from Jacksonville, Florida to London, and it was an excellent choice! The staff, both day and night, were incredibly friendly and professional. My room was lovely, with a bathroom that was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. I'm thrilled with my experience and look forward to returning. Highly recommend!
Terrible customer service. Passports were left in the safe and the desk attendant refused to go check. We had to get the manager to finally agree to look and they don’t us to call back. No empathy or helpfulness in clearly a very difficult situation being in another country. Horrendous.
If we can score negative, this hotel can be negative to the extreme! Simply a fraudulent hotel. It was even racist! We were given a 1.3m bed after we had clearly booked a room for two and beds. I was also told that all guests of two sleep that way. Do you mean we have to sleep stacked on top of each other, please? The bed there was significantly smaller than the same room type I booked at another hotel! Really outrageous! We were also required to pay an additional 30 pounds to stay in the room we had originally booked! What is this if not fraud?nnAlso a more serious problem is the fact that the pub is next door! It was still particularly noisy outside the window at 4am! It's a nightmare! Oh no, there's no chance you'll even be able to fall asleepnnChoosing this hotel will definitely be the worst experience of your trip!
Stayed for 1 night sat 30th Nov, got there after driving from the north west,so wanted a nap before going out. Could not sleep for the constant drilling that could be heard in hotel. Did not complain as was going out shortly after.the following morning was woke up at 8.05 am on Sunday with hammering and drilling. When checking out ask reception about noise which you could still clearly hear, and it was as if I was imagening it. I Said the drilling and hammering. She than could not understand what I was saying. But told me that the manager was not available.finally I asked if it was in hotel. It was not. It's restaurant being refurbished next door.feel service was poor and rooms where dated and needed upgrading. If your thinking of staying over Christmas period DON'T. The consent hammering and drilling is unbearable. No indication on booking that this was an issue. Poor!!!!! Would not stay again. Overpriced for grade of Hotel.
