Recently got bought a 5 piece fry, only to return home and realise there were only 4 items. There are never any staff around in the evenings and the self service tills are a disaster. You can only get your Texaco fuel points in store sometimes depends which staff member you ask. I leave frustrated and annoyed after every visit.
A brilliant shopping experience. Shop floor layout is brilliant. Everything is easy to find. Staff are brilliant also.
Fantastic shop & Fantastic help with a shop assistant
I spoke to a lady i now know was the store manager this afternoon at approximately 02.00pm. I found this individual un cooperative and needing a serious course in customer services. Which is the corner stone in any business these days.had there been a lower rating she would have got it. I regret having to do this to a local business however customer retention is paramount in my opinion as a business owner myself.
Great shop and the manager is brilliant! She knows how to sell and clearly cares about the customers and the shop.
