Been in this store about 4-6 times all year and only once have I gotten a nice woman on the tills and have only been asked if I had fuel once having currently worked in a spar shop, I know that's a serious question. Today, at about 12:40, I'm not sure of her name, but she's in her late forties and got long brown hair with glasses. I approached her at the main tills won't use self-checkout. If I wanna be antisocial, I'll do my shopping online and she barley said a word. No enthusiasm at all. Just about got a think you out of her. Abysmal. It's like you have to be a regular to receive 'good enough service'. Shocking store.

An excellent one stop shop for pretty much everything.  Staff are friendly and helpful.  Girls at the Post Office Section are always very quick and efficient.  But my special shoutout goes to Michelle at the Deli Counter.  I have been buying from the hot food counter for years now and... without a doubt... Michelle is the absolute Shining Star of this particular Spar!  Hands down a keeper and a credit to the establishment.nnShe ALWAYS has a smile on her face no matter the day/no matter the weather.  She is to me... the Gold Standard to what all customer service agents should aspire to be!  If she's NOT the manager behind that counter then she definitely should be.  Or perhaps it's not a position she covets.  At the very least, in my opinion she's EXACTLY who'd I'd want running the counter if it was my own business.nnKeep a hold of that one.  Not many of her type around! ;-

Need to train ur older staff on tills to not have an attitude..ignorant wouldn't be in it.young guys in postoffice or in store are a credit to u.very helpful

Very friendly shop, staff very helpful.  Hot and cold deli, hot drinks, butchers, post office and good range of products.  Petrol station on site too.

Great shop, petrol, gas and electric too ups. It has deli, post office etc and many bargains. It can be busy but there is ample parking.
