I am a regular customer at this store, i usually use the night hatch around 3am after I finish work. Some of the staff of the night shift are kind and friendly. However other members of staff are just plain Rude and ignorant. This one member of staff never says Please/Thank you, tried to make a conversation one night but she gave me a dirty look through the window.nI know it's late on and they are probably tired but she needs to work on her customer service skills.

Came here after work and spent £46 on shopping, the girl at the till with long wavy ginger hair and butterfly tattoos on her arm scanned everything through then handed me 3 bags.... she stood picking her nails as I packed the 3 bags myself without even a single offer off assistance which would've been welcome as I had just finished working a split-shift. Very poor customer service in my opinion.

A stale brioche bap, cold overcooked bacon, lumpy margarine not butter as stated and a cheap tangy red sauce. One bite and straight in the bin outside. £2.99 for that rubbish. Plus £2.75 for the coffee. Disgusting and over priced. Go to Greggs

Love the friendly staff at the deli counter always so pleasant and the food is good also we get breakfast here on school days and always come away with satisfactory experience

In a real rush this morning and only had cash to pay, so couldn’t use the self service. No que and I ran to the counter where a cashier named Amy proceeded to very slowly wipe around the basket area. I asked her ‘could you take for this’, she responded ‘when I’m finished this’, then very slowly continued wiping the area. I asked her her name & told her that her customer service was ‘wonderful’ in a sarcastic manner, to which she replied ‘thanks’. Very very poor service, very bad mannered individual.
