Have bought tiles here many times over the years - their showroom is a great trip for examples of different tiles in nicked up rooms. The prices are fair and the staff knowledgeable. Writing this review as some times I bought from the 10 years ago, we’re still on file and they were happy to look it up so I could source a replacement for some repairs I need to make. I didn’t expect this, and felt honoured to call out such customer service.

My wife and I spent weeks finding the perfect tiles for our new bathroom. We were set on the tiles from European Heritage and once we were ready to order we found there wasn’t enough of the tiles we needed.  We contacted the team at European Heritage who were happy to help. The team ordered the tiles from Italy and at no extra cost, expedited the delivery, as we were on a tight timescale.  I would definitely recommend European Heritage and will use again.

We are so impressed with the customer service at the European Heritage at Fulham. A special big thank you to Sam, who assisted us with our garden project; his expertise and knowledge are excellent! Can't recommend this place highly enough! We are returning to choose tiles for our bathroom refurb in spring next year.

I came across European heritage by chance . Purchased some tiles and wood floors from them for my house renovation . Had the pleasure of meeting some lovely sales people there and I have to say customer service is first class . Special thanks to Connor who helped me to sort out the issue when the supplier delivered wrong flooring !

The staff there were so helpful with choosing tiles, adhesive and grout.  The underfloor heating has come into its own in this weather too!  Would definitely recommend as I had no idea what I was doing!

I came here to get my bathroom tiles and Joe has been SO incredibly helpful and kind. He really helped me making a decision sending me lots of options for grout etc and they have an excellent range of samples which i took home. He even delivered me something I needed in a rush himself as he was passing which was so lovely of him. I will be back again next week for our kitchen tiles! Thank you Joe! We found some very good value tiles that suited us perfectly very quickly, and were of great quality - we had to have them delivered in two batches - no problem, and when we had to order excess tiles in case of a refit due to some plumbing issues we were able to return them with no quibbles although I did check this before!.  Overall a v good choice and good quality and very quick and easy to order or return. Happy.

My favourite place to buy tiles in London. Vast range. Some wood flooring too. All top quality. If you want cheap rubbish go to B&Q or Topps. Very helpful and informed staff, and good value for money. Ps. I am in the trade so I do know what I am talking about.
