Very friendly and helpful staff at Hilsea sorted us out with a one-way hire home after arriving as foot passengers on the early ferry following our car breaking down in France. Great service and good vehicle. Thanks!

My husband paid for a rental and extra for bank hoilday. Got to europcar and no one where. We called for them to say they are shut today even though we paid out of hours for a car and they said someone will meet us there at 9am. Jokers!
After a bereavement a had to hire a car to get to Devon very last minute! Unfortunately they didn’t have the car that I ordered, but they did offer me a smaller car. I couldn’t accept a smaller car as we had luggage and passengers to take. The very kind lady on reception had a chat with another member of staff and they gave me a beautiful upgrade because of the circumstances. I’m forever grateful and will definitely be renting from the Hilsea franchise again. Excellent customer service and I’ve just got my deposit back today too with no issues at all.
