Walked in to no greeting because the person was on the phone, that's fair enough but when a second member of staff made an appearance and did not serve me because he has just started his shift and the computers take too long to log on (a whole half an hour apparently)... 10 minutes later the person is still on the phone and the other person is just standing there drinking coffee and not even begun logging on to his computer. When the phonecall ended he said hello then proceeded to ignore me. At this point I was fed up and left the incompetent, borderline rude staff without my custom. Very unhelpful. Would recommend nationwide hire company instead!
