My flight was delayed but they were still open at 12.30am. Seen quickly, even at that time there were 3 staff on the desks. And got an upgrade and the car was brand new. Check back was painless quick and friendly. Overall an incredibly professional service.

We booked everything before hand so the idea was to turn up, get keys and carry on with no hassle. Turned up and we sat in a queue of 3. There was 6 tills and they were all happily ignoring us until the managers came out and told them something. They tried to give us a different car because the car we booked needed servicing which they found out there and then... We requested an estate and they tried to give us a car with no boot... We were forced to "upgrade" which cost us even more money. The "we will price up the difference" annoyed me, especially after he wasn't as quick to price up the difference for the first car which would have made us worse off. ###Update### Came back a second time, 8 months later, not by choice. The attitude of the guys on the desk stinks. Got this who cares, I'm going to stare at my computer the whole time thing going on. One of them gave me some paperwork and just kept saying "sign here, here and here" brushing off all my questions and repeating himself... My receipt had a £10 difference from what they handed me and when I asked them about it he shouted "data protection" at me and said he can't do anything because the company booked it for me... I wasn't asking for much, not even details, just a reasonable explanation as to why I think the company has been charged an extra £10... I think it might be because the vehicle that was booked and the vehicle I got were different :? Carrying on.. "I'm not comfortable signing that because I haven't seen the vehicle" - bit at the bottom that says no damage. "Yea, so you sign there, if there is anything then you need to raise it with the other people in the blue building and they sign the other bit" I disputed that with, "I'm signing this box to say there's no damage, what happens if I then go out and find something?" "You can go check the vehicle first if you want but then that means it's more work for you" "Ok then I will" Actually wakes up from starring at his computer, hand me the keys and in some sort of uncertainty says "Ok but you have to come back and sign this before you leave" After I left he shouts for someone in the back room, I assumed it was the manager... I came back like he asked but he had just stepped out so I asked his colleague if there was a manager or supervisor I can talk to. He literally said "No, come back tomorrow, it's the weekend, we have no managers in right now"... amazing. I hate this place

Good service, if a little slow. Professional and courteous. The problem is that I booked at terminal car hire but it's miles away by bus. This is misleading.

Very busy and challenging to find your allocated rental car but the staff were nice.I would however not use it again as it too chaotic and incredible difficult to find the first time.

Was going to give a good review as everything was fine. I had the extra cover just in case and hired the car for 4 days and returned the car. The car was checked and everything was great. Then 4 weeks after hiring the car I got a letter stating the car was damaged and that I had to pay the excess. I couldn't understand what was going on and contacted them, stating that the car was check and signed that their was no damage to the car that I hire 4 week ago. Over 2 weeks to get this sorted and didn't have to pay the excess. I return to the UK every year and have always hired a car with no problems, so when I return again in a couple of weeks I will not be hiring a car from Eurocar again.
